Position: (Remote) Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development and account advocacy within assigned territory
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and adoption of solutions
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and proactively resolve customer issues
  • Stay current on CIS/ERP solutions and provide issue resolution for clients
  • Participate in industry conferences and user groups to expand market knowledge
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
  • Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
