Caprae Capital Partners is a private equity and acquisitions platform led by Kevin Hong - a serial founder who scaled two tech ventures to $31M ARR and $7M revenue. Today, Caprae is one of the fastest-scaling platforms in lower-middle-market M&A and ETA ecosystem, combining an international research engine, a full-stack deal sourcing arm, and a rapidly expanding tech layer.

YTD, Caprae's services divisions have completed $50M worth of transaction value and is expected to exceed $150M in Q1 & Q2 of 2026 after launching in January of 2025. We’re looking for those who are looking to take PE to the next level

Caprae is growing incredibly fast and is expected to grow 25% MoM for most of 2026 and we need someone who is crazy about building a rocket ship with us with the rignt talent.

Description of the Work
  • Full-time, remote position with flexibility around time zones and work hours, as long as outcomes are met.
  • Own the top of the funnel for Caprae’s private equity deal flow—sourcing and qualifying potential acquisition targets across multiple industries
  • Build and manage outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo, Clay, Zoom Info, and Linked In to generate high-quality leads.
  • Craft compelling, personalized outreach to business owners and executives, with a strong focus on thoughtful engagement over volume.
  • Collaborate directly with the managing partners and investment team to refine targeting criteria, share market insights, and adjust leadgen strategy based on real-time feedback.
  • Research industries and sub-markets to identify high-potential segments, understand key trends, and map out key players
  • Track, measure, and improve performance using data to guide prioritization and experimentation
  • Support initial calls and meetings by preparing backgrounders, call notes, and strategic talking points for executives
  • Act as an internal partner across teams
    , helping bridge the gap between origination, due diligence, and portfolio operations as needed
Ideal Candidate
  • Highly organized, coachable, and self-directed.
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Finance education strongly preferred
  • MUST be strong with numbers
  • Confident and professional when speaking to company executives and business owners.
  • Comfortable using CRM and outreach tools, or willing to learn.
  • Experience with or interest in cold outreach and outbound marketing is a big plus.
  • Foreign language fluency is a bonus
  • Willingness to travel for team meetups or conferences (if applicable)
