As Logistics and Internal Sales Administration, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Interpreting firm orders and forecasts from our customers in order to translate them into purchase orders for factories, taking into account manufacturing and transport lead times.
Updating arrivals and deliveries in the forecasting system, ensuring the accuracy of forecasts and long-term customer requirements;
Analyze and monitor stock levels, maintain our stock at an acceptable level set by management and be able to justify an increase in stock if necessary;
Update sales prices, customer reference numbers and delivery terms;
Publish weekly and monthly reports on forecasts and performance;
Maintain regular contact with customers.

Ideal profile for the position in Logistics and Internal Sales Administration:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the logistics sector;
Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French;
Excellent communication skills, adaptability and ability to work under pressure;
Team spirit, initiative, autonomy and proactivity;
Good knowledge of SAP is a real plus.
