What You’ll Do- Identify and pursue new federal opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key agency contacts and teaming partners.
- Lead capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal.
- Collaborate with leadership and proposal teams to develop winning strategies.
- 10+ years in federal business development or capture management.
- Strong knowledge of federal contracting and small business set-asides.
- Proven track record winning contracts in a competitive environment.
- Hunter mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
