Payroll Analyst

• Analyze, prepare, and input payroll data using an automated system to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws and ensure compliance
• Assist managers and employees with understanding payroll procedures and resolving discrepancies
• Support HR-related projects and provide recommendations on systems and processes
• Participate in audits and maintain confidentiality at all times

• 3+ years of experience with payroll systems and related software programs
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of government regulations related to payroll and company operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

• Familiarity with Workday, ADP Smart Compliance, or other HRIS/Payroll systems
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Willingness to travel as needed
