The Role
This role will be a hybrid role – in the office some days and working from home others. Must be willing and able to travel 5% of the time.
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships across the US. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, targeting startups and enterprises to meet revenue goals through consultative selling.
Quite simply:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and position Bee Hyv’s value proposition. - Client Engagement:
Schedule meetings, maintain relationships, and explore expansion opportunities. - Consultative Selling:
Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions. - Pipeline Management:
Track sales cycles, ensure timely follow-ups, and report accurately. - Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to manage client onboarding and expansion. - CRM Management:
Maintain detailed records in platforms like Hub Spot and Apollo.
…and you’ll make some pretty great money too! $70,000 base salary + commissions, with on-target earnings over $100,000 based on quota attainment.
We're looking for someone who:
- Sales Excellence Program Graduate:
Proven skills in strategy, negotiation, and data-driven selling. - 3+ years in IT/Software Sales:
Preferably to large enterprises. - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business/Marketing.
- Skills: Negotiation, problem-solving, CRM tools, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in a dynamic startup environment.
- Funded Technology Startups:
Software development services. - Large Enterprises: R&D transformation through new technologies.
