Travel Guard is seeking a Senior Regional Account Manager to act as a key liaison between internal teams and global clients who depend on emergency travel services. In this dynamic and high-impact role, you’ll manage critical relationships across a global portfolio to ensure seamless service delivery and successful account outcomes. Fluency in English is required and one additional language would be nice to have, as you’ll be engaging with clients and partners around the world.

What’s the job?

• You’ll facilitate high quality end-to-end relationships with designated accounts and act as Travel Guard’s main point of contact for multinational Business Travel Accident policyholders
• You’ll prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposal based on the corporate client’s requirements and company offerings
• You’ll develop and implement comprehensive protocols for new account implementation and manage results for optimum client/company satisfaction
• You’ll deliver monthly and quarterly operational performance meetings with corporate clients, brokers and underwriters
• You’ll serve as the liaison between designated clients and operational units to ensure all protocols are understood, expectations agreed, and performance delivered
• You’ll support initiatives and collaboration between internal teams to ensure consistency in account management and service delivery across the centers

What are we looking for?

• You’ll have 5+ years of managing internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
• You’ll have insurance and emergency travel assistance experience
• You’ll possess a proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• You’ll have strong written, verbal, and active listening skills
• You’ll possess the ability to speak fluently in English and another language other than English
