Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Act as an advocate for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain ongoing engagement with customers post-sale
  • Maintain current knowledge of CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution and articulate value to clients
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and foster an innovative environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
  • Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
