Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Act as an advocate for customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution
  • Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders at director and executive levels within customer organizations
  • Participate in industry conferences and professional organizations to expand market knowledge
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
  • Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
