As a Senior Strategy Business Analyst you will work at the core of our business strategy, leveraging data to segment our products and customer profiles, driving mass personalization across the customer journey. Your goal: offer the right processing speeds to the right customers, reduce refund risk, boost NPS, increase upsells, and ultimately grow ARPU

• Define and drive segmentation strategy across our product portfolio and customer base.
• Lead discovery and analysis to uncover opportunities for personalization and operational efficiency.
• Build and own end‑to‑end analyses by querying multiple databases, identifying actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing, CX, and Data teams to align strategic decisions and ensure proper implementation.
• Work closely with our Data Engineering team to structure data as needed for your analyses.
• Translate broad goals into structured plans and measurable outcomes.
• Develop business cases to support strategic bets and continuous improvements across the portfolio.
• Monitor impact of initiatives and iterate as needed to maximize outcomes.

• 3–5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL, Python and/or R skills and data fluency; you’ll have support from Data Engineers but should be comfortable doing your own analyses and working with big data basis.
• Strategic mindset with ability to work autonomously and design your own roadmap from a broad objective.
• Excellent prioritization skills; able to distinguish high‑impact efforts from noise.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable building from scratch.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
• Experience in marketplaces, digital products, or tech‑enabled services is a plus.
