• Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams

• Familiarity with Enterprise IT Service Management tools, such as Service Now
• Understanding of project management concepts and practices
• Basic experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
