Location: Hybrid, Mississauga & Toronto (currently GTA-wide mobility)

You are organized and relentless. You focus on the how—managing logistics, vendors, inventory, and the systems that scale while keeping client experience paramount. You are a resourceful problem-solver who sees a bottleneck and builds a bridge before it becomes a barrier.

• The Access: You will work directly with the Co-Founders. The learnings of an MBA in real-time. You are a key player in Align’s growth. This is a role for a self-starter who anticipates needs before they arise. Your goal is to keep the Leadership Team on their toes with your efficiency and organization, and not the other way around.

• Tech-Fluent: You speak the language of CRMs, Slack, VOIP, AI, G-Suite, and especially Excel Sheets. If you don’t know a software, you’ll learn it.
• 1-5 years of experience in an Operations Coordinator, Lead or Senior EA role, or running a business.

• Supply Chain & Logistics: Own the flow of goods and manage high-level vendor relationships.
• System Innovation: Constantly improve Align’s paperless flagship processes to help us scale with "custom excellence."
• Operational Excellence: Ensure Align’s locations are physically and operationally aligned—clean, stocked, and perfect.

  Prepare the Weekly Ops & L10 Agenda, update the scorecard, hold the team accountable to our action items.
• Own our internal systems
  . You’ll support the charge on CRM/EMR transitions, be the liaison with our IT dev company, and QA the tech setup for new locations.
• Marketing & Events: Support growth by analyzing campaign data, and leading the end-to-end execution of events that elevate the Align brand, working with Align’s Creative Lead.
• CEO’s Right Hand: Act as a "force multiplier" for the CEO—supporting high-level projects, drafting executive communications, and handling the critical tasks that keep the business scaling.
• Operational Integrity: Maintain comprehensive databases, organize digital files, and ensure our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are clear and followed.
• Data Analysis: Ensuring accurate data capture in Align’s ops, and ensuring efficient reporting at monthly and quarterly meetings, improving systems to optimize data collection.
