Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Columbus, OH, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities to drive company growth. Responsibilities include building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also entails collaborating with teams to align sales strategies with business goals and representing the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote brand visibility.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, analyze market trends, and execute sales initiatives
  • Background in the construction or real estate industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications, and data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in public speaking or presenting to diverse audiences is plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
