Business Analyst

Our client, a forward-thinking organization dedicated to driving meaningful, people-centered change, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Operations department supporting strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote (U.S.

-based)

• Analyze and forecast workforce needs based on growth projections, sales pipeline, and operational demand
• Build and manage proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Partner with leadership to optimize resource allocation across projects and teams
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
• Deliver a high-quality, transparent candidate experience from first contact through hire

• 3-5+ years of experience as a business analyst and HR strategy
• Strong full-cycle recruiting expertise across diverse and specialized roles
• Experience using and optimizing ATS, HRIS, and recruiting tools
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to partner with leaders and influence hiring decisions
