• Partner with divisions to enhance operational efficiency and manage staffing and financial processes
• Launch and facilitate organization-wide operations initiatives within assigned divisions
• Create and manage resource allocations as part of the Capacity Planning process
• Oversee client projects to ensure compliance with project management and resourcing standards
• Analyze data related to the division’s client project portfolio for informed decision-making

• Strong resource management and staffing skills
• Experience in client project oversight and management within an agency environment
• Knowledge of KPIs and process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in building and automating processes and workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Workato, Zapier, etc.)
• Strong communication and partnership skills with division leadership

• Experience with Paid Media in an agency setting
• Familiarity with operations business intelligence tools
• Ability to recommend and implement operational improvements effectively
• Previous experience in change management and adaptability to new tools and processes
