Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Jacksonville, TX, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing business growth strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company goals.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills will be key in ensuring client satisfaction and driving organizational success.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and Market Research methodologies to identify potential growth areas
  • Customer Service experience to build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a motivated, proactive approach to achieving sales and growth targets
  • Familiarity with the industrial and water treatment industries is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
