Overview
The Strategic Partner Growth Manager (Mexico) is a remote, work-from-home position. Candidates must reside in the US or Mexico, be able to travel internationally, hold a valid passport, speak fluent Spanish, and travel for client or internal meetings as needed. Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.

The RoleAcceleration Partners is accepting applications for an exciting new role that will sit in our Strategic Territory Growth department. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager with business development and account management experience to support the growth of this department, with a key focus in the Mexico/LATAM affiliate space. The role will involve joining client calls to pitch high-value opportunities, providing strategic insights, reporting progress to goals, and proactively managing the top 10 partners for their respective clients.
A proactive, action-oriented mindset and effective questioning are critical in this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Publisher Performance:
Contribute to the overall revenue goal for the Growth & Partnerships department and the growth of managed clients by creating high-potential relationships and optimizing publishers, including paid placements, commission increases, and product reviews. - Performance and Placement Trackers:
Consistently update department relationship trackers with partnership details and client-approved placement trackers. - Subject Matter Expert in Client Verticals and Partner Relationships:
Be a trusted, knowledgeable resource; expert in verticals of managed clients; proactively lead conversations to share expertise across the organization.
- Proactive Research:
Identify new, high-quality partnerships and opportunities based on client needs, industry evolvement, and Similar Web. - Written and Verbal Communication:
Comfortable with cold emails; communications are clear, informative, and engaging. Ask relevant questions when speaking to publishers to vet opportunities. Manage day-to-day communication with top publishers in the program when owning paid placements and optimization. Communication is managed independently 95% of the time. - Initiative:
Demonstrate a track record of identifying and executing opportunities and optimization across the program to drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Management:
Optimize opportunities with top publishers on behalf of the client and develop long-lasting relationships as an extension of the client’s business. - Budget Management:
Identify opportunities that drive client growth while maintaining a healthy return on investment. - Time Management:
Manage calendar and time effectively.
- Alignment to Client Strategy and Goals:
Participate in engagement kickoff calls and ongoing client calls; understand client goals and KPIs. - Creation and Ongoing Ownership of Strategy:
Create plans for recruitment and/or paid placement initiatives, execute paid placement strategies (negotiating terms, campaign setup, commission changes, coordinating with partners) and execute recruitment strategies (list building, outreach templates, trackers). Manage 95% of strategy without regular manager assistance. - Strategy Pivots:
Adapt to change, set expectations, and project new goals when needed; communicate and push back when client goals are unrealistic without harming relationships.
- Persuasiveness:
Demonstrate curiosity, challenge the status quo, pitch and gain approval for new opportunities; articulate the why and benefits backed by data or metrics. - Publisher Vertical and Client Knowledge:
Maintain broad knowledge across publisher verticals and address client questions with opportunities based on client needs and competitive context. - Tenacity:
Investigate the reasons behind objections and offer alternatives based on thorough knowledge of publishers and portfolios.
