Overview

Job Title: Hybrid Operations Specialists

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Overtime at Times

Pay Range: $20 to $22 per hour to start



About the Role:

  • Delta is looking to fill a full-time Hybrid Operations Specialist position within our Remote Surveillance Division. Our Operations team consists of high-performing professionals who specialize in handling investigative cases from cradle to grave for our clients. They have an abundant amount of knowledge and experience in case handling along with strong internal and external communication skills.
  • Standard hours for a Hybrid Operations Specialist may fluctuate based on volume, workflow, and individual case circumstances. Flexibility in scheduling and workdays exceeding 8 hours are to be expected, especially during our peak season and should be planned for accordingly.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform due diligence reviews and verify information to ensure compliance with policy.
  • Verify case details, audit reports/videos, and ensure billing accuracy
  • Own case tasks end-to-end: review, assign, chase progress, and close with flawless execution
  • Deliver pro-level client & investigator communication via email and phone
  • Master our case management system—notes, deadlines, data, everything in one place
  • Jump on quality control, daily dashboards, and urgent follow-ups
  • Support teammates, provide input, and help shape better processes
  • Thrive in a fluid workflow where new clients and priorities keep things fresh
  • Assist with special projects identified by the Director



Required Qualifications:

  • Crush it in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and quickly
  • Stay organized, detail-obsessed, and adaptable
  • Handle confidential info like a pro
  • Enjoy variety: admin + strategy + detective work
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new concepts
  • Must be 18 years of age – unless otherwise stated by State Licensure Laws
  • Must pass background check
  • Must pass a clean driving record
  • Must be willing and eligible to obtain investigator licensing within your home state



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insurance or investigations experience
