Business Analyst III is needed for a contract opportunity with our client located in Pennsylvania.

Hybrid - as needed basis in Audubon PA or Remote
Hourly pay rate: $54.61 - $66.37

Client is not able to do sponsorship of visa or C2C

• Develop a deep understanding of the business functions and processes
• Document, review and update business process requirements based on client feedback
• Ensure appropriate levels of controls are applied to work efforts, including security requirements and effective business solutions
• Serve as a business liaison between client and project teams
• Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels
• Document and track problems in client business systems or processes to provide recommendations for future efficiencies
• Analyze, review, and document current structure and use cases of the application or process; analyze and document current application dependencies
• Serve as a business liaison between clients and project teams to help understand user interaction
• Assist business clients in developing requirements for future use cases
• Assist team in delivering current work in a timely manner; jump in and assist where needed to accomplish tasks
• Track required tasks through completion
• Develop or update existing materials and support the team in understanding requirements or training materials as needed
• Develop process flows as needed
• Communicate effectively with the team and provide timely updates to the project manager

• Energetic, passionate about business analysis, positive and solution driven
• Detail oriented; able to lead assigned tasks to completion
• Excellent requirements gathering skills and experience
• Experience listening to customers and understanding their current processes and needs; experience in process design and/or documentation; experience using Visio or equivalent process mapping solutions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to manage workload and priorities
• Experience developing business analysis deliverables (e.g., requirements document, As-Is/To-Be process diagrams, use cases, traceability matrix, data dictionary, business rules, meeting notes)
• Experience working on cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Experience working with business and technical staff to define, document, and track software requirements and design; ability to manage difficult stakeholders
• Documentation best practices (revision history/version control/unique requirement identifiers)
• Willing to learn, share knowledge, be proactive and resourceful
• B.S. degree in computer science, MIS, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience working on a third-party implementation
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools (e.g., Archer, Assur
  
  X)
• Analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine and present substantial data sets with precision
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
• IIBA certification
