Client Success & Business Development Specialist

Overview

Employer Industry: Immigration Services

• Manage key accounts for proactive engagement and retention through the program
• Deepen relationships with sponsors and keep them informed on program benefits and timelines
• Coordinate with client operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and positive experiences for foreign nationals
• Act as a liaison and Subject Matter Expert (SME) with cross-functional teams to identify and qualify prospects for immigration services
• Deliver product and service overviews, coordinating demos and walkthroughs with prospective clients

• 3–5+ years in account management, client success, or business development, preferably in HR/Talent, staffing, or professional services
• Proven success managing accounts for long-term success and ability to handle complex caseloads
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and solutions-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field—or equivalent experience

• Legal background and/or knowledge of immigration processes
• Consultative selling capabilities, including presentation skills and value selling experience
