We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Capline Consolidated. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Brooklyn, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing real estate transactions, coordinating escrow processes, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. You will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of transactions, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with various team members to meet deadlines and client objectives.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Transaction Coordination, Transaction Management, and Escrow processes
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proven experience in Customer Service, prioritizing client satisfaction and relationship management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency with real estate software and technology tools
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations as a bonus qualification
