• Contribute to the development and enhancement of CLM tools and internal contracting workflows.
• Drive the end-to-end process for various critical agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Prepare, draft, and meticulously review a variety of contracts, working with external counsel as necessary.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies while proactively identifying potential risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define contractual needs and ensure compliance.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes efficiently to protect organizational interests.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all contract-related documentation.
• Serve as a primary liaison with external parties, fostering positive relationships.
• Work closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
• Contribute to improving contract lifecycle management processes across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years in contract management and negotiation within the SaaS industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle from drafting to closeout.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law and effective negotiation techniques.
• Proven track record in leading complex contract negotiations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in contract management software and Google Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
