- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
, including success with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients required - Demonstrated ability to build new business
, navigate objections, and maintain momentum through challenges - Strong phone-based communication and confidence in engaging decision-makers
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with effective time management and goal-setting abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce
, Microsoft Office (Excel), and Linked In - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Develop a strong understanding of this industry’s value proposition
, ROI, and client success stories to engage prospective organizations - Conduct territory and account research to identify high-value prospects and key stakeholders
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies (phone, email, and social media) to qualify leads and exceed quarterly goals
- Generate qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives using targeted outreach campaigns
- Maintain accurate activity, lead, and pipeline records in Salesforce
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen pipeline and campaign effectiveness
- Analyze campaign performance to inform future data-driven sales strategies
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting, and systems
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas
