-based remote candidates within the Eastern Time zone.
Why: As a Content and Distribution Account Manager for hotel, ground, and rail partners, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of travel retailing. You’ll manage a portfolio of key partnerships, lead strategic initiatives, and serve as the bridge between partners and our internal teams. Reporting to the Partner Director of Content and Distribution, this role sits at the crossroads of commercial strategy, partner enablement, and product innovation.
How (to land the job!): Candidates can expect an initial conversation with our Recruiting team, followed by a series of interviews with members of our Content & Distribution team.
The day to day:
- Manage and grow relationships with hotel groups, ground operators, and rail partners.
- Own the full partner lifecycle - from onboarding and integration through long-term growth.
- Share data-driven insights to improve hotel revenue, distribution and opportunities.
- Coordinate across internal teams to align on partner needs and opportunities.
- Represent our platform to partners and industry stakeholders, showcasing the value of our model.
Skills & qualities we value:
- 3+ years of experience in an account management, client-facing, commercial or implementation focused role. Plus if it has been within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communicator and presenter, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable managing multiple partnerships and complex projects with independence.
- Passionate about hospitality and eager to reshape how hotels connect with travelers.
- Experience in travel or hospitality, including familiarity with hotel revenue management concepts, distribution strategies, or systems such as CRS (Central Reservation Systems) and PMS (Property Management Systems), including platforms like Amadeus, Sabre / Syn Xis, Oracle Opera, or Mews is a plus.
- Candidates must be located within the U.S. Eastern Time zone. Remote work is allowed, but hybrid, in-office work in New York City (115 Broadway) is strongly preferred. Must be willing and able to work in an open office environment in NYC.

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000per year, depending on a number of factors including the candidate’s working location.
