• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth
• Develop comprehensive strategic plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic plans
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make necessary adjustments to drive results
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on business decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate them into strategic plans
• Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate strategic plans and progress
• Mentor and guide junior strategists on the team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic planning role, preferably in a consulting environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans
• Knowledge of various industries and market trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Ability to travel for client meetings and projects as needed
