Product Manager

Interviews Chat is an AI platform that helps people ace their job interviews. Interview Copilot listens to live meetings and provides real-time answers and suggestions. We’re scaling fast, trusted by thousands of professionals worldwide, and building new products (Chrome extension, mobile app, desktop app) to reach even more users.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of product discovery, prioritization, and execution as Interviews Chat continues to scale. You’ll work closely with the founder, engineering, support, and growth to turn real user problems into clear product decisions.

This role is about deciding what to build and why, not just managing tickets.

• Own the product roadmap and continuously refine priorities based on user feedback and data.
• Translate user problems into clear product requirements and tradeoffs.
• Work closely with engineering to scope features realistically and ship iteratively.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from support, analytics, and direct user conversations.
• Define success metrics and evaluate whether shipped features actually move the needle.
• Help bring clarity when there are multiple good ideas competing for attention.

• Experience as a Product Manager on a SaaS or tech product.
• Strong product judgment — you can say “no” and explain why.
• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
• Clear written communication in English.
• Bonus: experience working closely with founders or in early-stage startups.
