Essential Functions35% Recruit, develop and maintain relationships with worksite classics, small benefit brokers, agents, marketers, and enrollment firms through the Company’s CRM system, which includ
- es:
Prospecting and recruiting new productive distributo - rs;
Developing existing produce - rs;
Corresponding regularly with the fie - ld;
Monitoring production require men - ts;
Coordinating service requests and providing support necessary to meet or exceed production goa - ls;
Working collaboratively with regional sales coordinat - or;
Serving as a liaison between producers and home office;
35% Promote and support production of the Company’s worksite product line, which inclu
- des:
Recruiting proactively and making sales ca - lls;
Responding to or coordinating responses to producers’ inquir - ies;
Reviewing product proposals with distribut - ors;
Coordinating with contracting and appointing producers at appropriate commission le - vel;
Continuing sales development through Company CRM system; - and Reviewing product and enrollment sales strategies with distribut
30% Provide sales promotion and product training, which incl
- udes:
Using and promoting company developed and compliance approved marketing con - tent;
Professional presentation sk - ills;
Maintaining knowledge and remaining current on industry trends and competitive products - ; and Determining re-enrollment strategy and implementa
tion.

- Four to eight years of experience working in a carrier representative position with a worksite focused ca
