OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to assist our sales team with the migration of billing and services from a legacy platform to a new platform. In this role, you will navigate both internal and third-party partners to drive onboarding efforts while ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for gathering account details, updating trackers, and coordinating communication to ensure smooth operations during the platform transition.
Responsibilities- Assist the sales team with platform migration tasks, including the transfer of billing and service information from legacy systems to a new platform.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and third-party partners to ensure smooth onboarding to the new platform.
- Gather and update account details, track progress, and maintain accurate records using project management and tracking tools.
- Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure tasks and timelines are adhered to.
- Manage high volumes of requests, ensuring each is tracked with specific details as it progresses through the migration process.
- Support the creation and maintenance of reports, templates, and data tracking systems in Salesforce and Excel.
- Regularly update and manage spreadsheets with pivot tables, formulas (e.g., VLOOKUPs), and data mining tasks to streamline operations.
- Use Docu Sign for tracking contacts and other actions to ensure compliance and timely progress in the onboarding process.
- Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external organizations, managing projects that span multiple teams and departments.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or sales operations.
- Proficient in Excel, including the ability to create and manage pivot tables, templates, and complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUPs).
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including navigating the platform and generating reports.
- Proficient in using Docu Sign for tracking contacts and related actions.
- Strong experience with data entry, manual task tracking, and process management at scale.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tasks and requests with specific details.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working on projects that span across multiple teams and departments, both internally and externally.
