Position: Trading Partner Operations Manager (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Track and report on key account metrics, including transaction volumes and performance indicators
  • Act as the primary operational contact for clients, managing issues for timely resolution
  • Conduct partner gap analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze data and trends to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure effective resolution of issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in client solutions or account management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key metrics
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams
  • Experience with EDI systems and client enrollment processes is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with data analytics, ticketing systems, and project management tools
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve client issues efficiently
  • Experience in project management, particularly in relation to client onboarding and solution implementations
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Experience with client communications and creating informative content
