What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own strategic planning and execution for a portfolio of large, highly valued State Patrol and public safety customers
  • Develop and execute multi‑year account strategies aligned to organizational goals and customer missions
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert and strategic advisor for Air solutions, articulating complex'ch technical value propositions to executive‑level stakeholders
  • Lead complex, end‑to‑end sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close across multiple agencies
  • Influence and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver differentiated, high‑impact solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic, consultative sales roles managing large, complex accounts
  • Proven success owning and growing multi‑state or multi‑region territories with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex technical solutions (SaaS, cloud, data, or hardware‑enabled platforms preferred)
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and navigating long, sophisticated procurement cycles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC technology, cloud platforms, and real‑time data systems
  • Track record of cross‑functional leadership and collaboration without formal authority
  • Willingness to travel extensively (60%+)
