Regional Sales Manager

What You Will Do

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for owning and growing the organic bulk feed business for Kreamer Feed, Inc., protecting and expanding an existing multimillion-dollar book of business while driving new customer growth. This role operates like a mini business owner, with clear KPIs, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.

This is a relationship-driven, outbound sales role focused on prospecting, networking, and attending industry events. It is not a passive account maintenance position.

• Own and grow the organic bulk feed business within the assigned region.
• Protect and expand an existing multimillion-dollar book of business.
• Drive new customer acquisition through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, growers, and industry influencers.
• Represent Kreamer Feed at regional and national trade shows and industry events.
• Operate with a business-owner mindset, meeting KPIs and accountability standards.
• Remote position based in Central Pennsylvania, servicing an area within a 150-mile radius of Kreamer, PA.
• Approximately 30% travel within the region, plus attendance at national trade shows and events outside the core geography.

You have deep experience and credibility in the commercial poultry industry, including an established regional network and the ability to manage relationships across owners/operators, growers/producers, and key influencers such as service management companies, technicians, and consultants. The person in this role must be comfortable working on farms and knowledgeable about poultry biosecurity protocols.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in poultry feed or commercial poultry sales.
• Background in ingredient sales may be considered; dairy and/or swine feed experience is possible with a longer ramp-up.
• Organic feed sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Established network within the commercial poultry industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both plain community farmers and corporate decision-makers.
• Humble, hungry, and smart. Possessing strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with exceptional planning and project management abilities.
• Skilled in oral and written communication.
