You will work closely with internal and external partners to structure complex deals and secure credit approvals, while also developing innovative market strategies. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to engage with senior leadership effectively.

• Act as an escalation point for complex client issues using strategic problem-solving.
• Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals to optimize revenue.
• Develop new business by cross-selling bank products and services.
• Review loan applications and ensure compliance with risk management standards.
• Identify key market segments to drive business growth and client expansion.
• Engage with industry forums to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for strategy adjustments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Utilize analysis tools to grow client portfolio and exceed ROE thresholds.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal control policies.

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management or Portfolio Management in banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• Deep knowledge of financial products, particularly in agricultural finance.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and risk assessment.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and client relationship building.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and project management.
