Job Summary:

The Wellness Consumer Insights Intern supports wellness-focused marketing, merchandising, and strategy initiatives through research, analysis, and storytelling. This role partners with cross-functional teams to uncover consumer insights, evaluate trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations that enhance the customer experience and support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support wellness and consumer insight projects
• Analyze data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
• Support projects such as consumer segmentation, competitive analysis, and product differentiation
• Assist with wellness storytelling, content development, and event support
• Visit store locations and collaborate with store teams to gather insights
• Prepare and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders
• Research industry trends, local brands, and partner information
• Collaborate across departments to collect and align information
• Support additional projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Strategy, Analytics/Data, or a related field
• Advanced undergraduate students, MBA candidates, or students pursuing a master's degree are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data and research into compelling insights and recommendations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools preferred
• Familiarity with a retail or merchandising environment is a plus

This role follows a hybrid schedule requiring three (3) days in the office in Warrensville Heights, OH and two (2) days working from home.
