East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join our Sales TEA-m!
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on Company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
Relationships and Sales Growth 25% of time
- Deliver Net Sales and distribution growth objectives within established spending targets
- Builds and manages direct relationships with customers
- Work closely with NAM that manages the distributors of accounts
- Motivate brokers to help deliver company sales, distribution, and promotional objectives
- Cultivate and maintains strong internal partners
Analytics 30% of time
- Develop, implement, and track customer specific promotional programs to achieve volume and distribution objectives
- Work closely with analytics team to ensure programs are in alignment with financial goals
Process and Admin 20% of time
- Manage customer within Trade Pro (TPM platform); promotional entry and maintenance and deduction management
- Monitor and report on competitive activity on a regular basis
WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in CPG sales, including HQ responsibilities
- Experience in both conventional and natural channels
- Proven and successful sales management track record
- Prior experience with Wakefern/ Delhaize preferred
