• Lead end‑to‑end headcount management for two engineering organizations totaling ~2,500 employees
• Build, maintain, and optimize data reporting, dashboards, and insights using Excel, Power BI, and Share Point
• Support business leadership with organizational analysis
  , hierarchy reviews, and position number cleanup
• Drive operational excellence through ad hoc projects
  , including hiring best‑practice initiatives (non‑recruiting)
• Partner closely with Directors and the Business Management Office to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and execution excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, business, or related field
• 5+ years of headcount management experience5+ years of data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI
• 5+ years of SharePoint and Power Point expertise
• Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
