• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in category management, preferably in travel or corporate credit card.
• Proven program management skills with a track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Experience with travel management systems and expense reporting tools is a plus.
