In this vital role, you will own and scale the fulfillment and delivery operations specifically within the media and video verticals. By systematizing operations, you will play a crucial part in supporting rapid growth and managing the complexities of a startup environment, effectively turning deals into successful outcomes.

• Own end-to-end fulfillment for media deals, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Oversee execution across video, audio, and motion capture pipelines
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, and Product teams
• Manage timelines, resources, and risks across multiple concurrent deals
• Design and improve operational workflows for the media vertical
• Build scalable systems for workload, scheduling, and tracking production
• Establish metrics and accountability across projects
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and quality
• Lead and develop a high-performing media product success team
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members
• Foster a culture of ownership and execution excellence
• Coordinate between various departments and external partners
• Provide feedback for product improvements based on delivery learnings

• 7+ years of experience in operations, customer success, or client delivery roles, preferably in media or tech
• Proven experience in managing teams and complex projects
• Strong operational design and problem-solving skills
