What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the strategy and performance of Sales Enrollment & Messaging to enhance provider onboarding and drive commercial growth
  • Oversee enrollment operations to ensure compliance and a high-quality provider onboarding experience
  • Develop and implement messaging strategies to support provider communications and engagement

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and updates into provider-facing content
  • Maintain operational rigor through KPIs and data insights to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience in Financial Services
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a commercial, operational, or customer-facing leadership role
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM for account management and sales productivity
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for business as required

  • Proven track record in driving process improvements and readiness initiatives
