We are currently looking for a Remote Associate General Counsel. In this role, you will provide vital legal support to our media and commercial teams, which is essential for ensuring compliance and enhancing business opportunities. You will play a key part in drafting, negotiating, and optimizing contracts, allowing the company to navigate through legal complexities while focusing on growth and innovation.

- Draft and negotiate agreements for clients licensing data to enhance their marketing effectiveness.
- Lead negotiations on data licensing while balancing client needs and company standards.
- Identify and resolve privacy, security, and compliance issues during contract acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop negotiation strategies and manage risks.
- Maintain and improve contract templates and playbooks to streamline processes.
- Support dispute resolution by interpreting contracts and providing business-oriented solutions.
- J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts in media, advertising, data/tech, or market research.
- Strong understanding of IP, content usage, and data licensing principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data flows, AI usage, and privacy implications in agreements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Market-competitive salary with a base range of $151,000 - $180,000.
