What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate as part of project teams, creating and updating project management materials under the guidance of project managers
  • Respond to team and client needs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all commitments
  • Document discussions from client meetings and distribute meeting minutes as necessary
  • Update compensation process documentation and maintain intellectual property as requested
  • Track time accurately to align with business objectives and client metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 1‑2 years of experience working on client projects in a management consulting environment or 2+ years in a compensation team within an HR department
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfort using technology as a toolset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Working understanding of compensation principles and metrics
  • Demonstrated experience in a remote/virtual position with consistent results
  • Base pay structure experience, including job matching and reading surveys
  • Experience with industry compensation survey tools
  • Self‑directed with a positive drive and approach in a virtual working environment
