We are seeking a strategic thinker to join our Product Management team, which is at the front‑of‑innovation. You will be responsible for helping shape the product strategy for new Generative AI‑based offerings, driving development, launch, and adoption of products to positively impact the customer experience and market share. This is a key role for a product manager passionate about emerging AI technology and solving complex problems.

This role is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of three days per week in one of the Zebra office locations listed below:

Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitoring the rapidly evolving AI landscape and through deep knowledge of the market and customer requirements, defines requirements for assigned AI‑powered products and solutions.
  • Contributes to development and presentation of routine business cases by completing supportive research and other tasks under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Supports the quarterly Program Increment planning following Agile Scrum techniques, following the solution/product roadmap from the Sr. Product Manager to define and set development priorities.
  • Supports Sr. Product Manager in executing product lifecycle activities for assigned product lines.
  • Recommends complete or partial offer definitions that cross business units.
  • Supports or Leads team as Product Owner following the ALM process to develop product(s) and/or solution(s) validating feature and functional requirements are met.
  • Leads or supports the POC and Pilot process, with guidance from Sr. Product Manager, by identifying customer targets, developing, implementing and monitoring plan. Presents results to development and senior team members.
  • Participates and/or leads product launch activities as member of cross functional team. Tasks include SKU setup, ROI model creation, marketing collateral input and feedback, conducting training and webinars.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience in software development/ product development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Analyst, or related role
  • Proficiency in JIRA
  • Intermediate level skills in using AI assistant/ agents.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of complex AI systems and emerging technology trends.
  • Strategic Application: Ability to connect technological capabilities with customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Analytical Problem‑Solving: A "first principles" approach to solving problems by questioning assumptions and building solutions from the ground up.
  • Intermediate Market knowledge in assigned category
  • Strong familiarity with product life cycle activities. Preference to agile product development methodologies and previous launch of products.
  • Strong attention to detail/quality
  • Strong business acumen
  • Intermediate business analyst skills to analyze project related data sets.
  • Intermediate presentation skills. Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred.
