Sr. Specialist, Outbound Transportation

• Conduct cost modeling by reviewing proposed rates from potential carriers
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize cost efficiency models
• Support carrier and contract management efforts
• Engage in data analysis and performance management
• Provide ad hoc analysis and project support as needed

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power
  
  BI or Tableau is a plus
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Experience in e-commerce or a related industry
• Familiarity with data visualization tools beyond Excel
• Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Background in project management
