Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Head of Growth. The Head of Growth will be responsible for defining and executing growth strategies, optimizing customer acquisition, and driving user engagement. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing growth marketing initiatives, identifying and exploring business development opportunities, and strategically leveraging sales and growth hacking to scale the company’s reach and impact.
Qualifications- Experience in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and driving scalable marketing initiatives
- Proven expertise in Customer Acquisition strategies and metrics
- Skills in Sales and Business Development, including relationship management
- Strong analytical abilities to measure, assess, and optimize strategies
- Excellent leadership and collaborative skills to lead cross‑functional teams
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
