This is a part-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Alicia Kangas Photography, based in Singapore with opportunities to work from home. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling communications, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating photography projects, addressing client inquiries, managing schedules, and supporting the business operations of the studio. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, bridging client and studio needs with a focus on delivering excellent experiences.
Qualifications- Strong customer service, relationship management, and communication skills
- Organizational and time management abilities for coordinating schedules and tasks
- Experience with client support, project management, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in administrative tools and the ability to manage workflows effectively
- A keen eye for detail and understanding of creative processes; exposure to the photography or modeling industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and dedication to fostering strong client relationships
