The Senior Data Analyst will oversee all capacities of product data analysis to ensure the accuracy and thoroughness in content and presentation on websites to maintain the best-in-class digital catalogs for our members. They will also help support various special project builds, audits, and mappings of across both the appliance and CE categories.

• Prioritize and plan work according to importance of brand to client base
• Audits and analyzes various product feeds and maps or builds required SKUs for proper results under the HUB platform.
• Audits and analyzes new builds from third-party consultants to ensure all data and entries match the appliance and CE standards and guidelines.
• Audit and analyze current catalog content prior to data entry tasks being submitted to ensure redundancy/duplication efforts are avoided
• Assists in training of new Catalog Data Entry employees to ensure that they understand the appliance and CE entry guidelines
• Attend all virtual meetings scheduled by Manager, including, but not limited to, weekly team meetings and other AVB department meetings
• Provide direct and indirect feedback to Managers and Associates to help improve data entry efficiency and input by offering feedback, ideas, and suggestions to Manager
• Communicate with vendors and other departments within AVB to obtain information and assets needed to carry out requests to completion efficiently and in a timely manner
• Respond to all communications in a timely manner via email, Teams chat or channels, etc.
• Execute tasks as assigned by Manager, including, but not limited to, auditing/analyzing new products from updated/new data received or product improvements on existing SKUs
• Execute other related duties as assigned by Manager including, but not limited to, gap analysis/SKU mapping, promotional pricing roadmap, and other various projects as needed

• Must have strong Excel knowledge and skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Self-motivated perfectionist with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task & consistently meet project deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely customer-focused; positive, professional attitude

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3 or more years of experience with data entry, data integrity and/or e-commerce product listings
• High level of Microsoft Excel experience required
• Knowledge and experience with AI usage for data analysis

• Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
