• Develop deep knowledge of the company’s products and offerings to identify profitable opportunities in the Web3 and crypto ecosystem.

• Research, prioritize, and build a world‑class business pipeline of potential collaborators and income streams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Web3, crypto, or blockchain business development.
• Extensive network within the Web3/Crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of NFTs, blockchain technology, smart contracts, DeFi, and tokenomics.
• Proven experience in building and running structured sales processes in fast‑growing companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first, global team environment.
