• Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for your product, ensuring alignment with leadership
• Lead the integration of loyalty solutions and build new market-leading features within the product suite
• Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvements
• Build and maintain direct relationships with customers to gain insights and enhance product reliability
• Manage budgets and oversee pricing and packaging initiatives for the product line

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in a software Product Management role
• Proven track record of meeting quarterly product objectives
• Experience with POS integrations or loyalty programs in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with senior executives and influence product strategy

• Experience in the restaurant technology sector
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively navigate organizational dynamics
• Familiarity with AI applications in product development
• Skills in leading change and making sound tradeoff decisions based on new information
