This role will be responsible for the listing and sale of new and used inventory on various online platforms, including photographing items, creating SEO‑optimized listings, researching competitive pricing, selecting the optimal platform to sell each item, and handling inventory. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, shipping, and maintaining high seller ratings to drive sales.

• Listing & merchandising:
  Create detailed, accurate listings with high‑quality images and compelling, keyword‑rich descriptions.
• Pricing & research:
  Analyze market trends to price items competitively.
• Inventory management:
  Track, update, and manage inventory levels.
• Customer service:
  Promptly answer questions, resolve disputes, and manage returns.
• Order fulfillment:
  Package, ship, and track orders efficiently.
• Selling electrical components for our machinery (motors, drives, relays, etc.).
• Opportunity to earn a 5% commission on successful sales of over $1,000,000 in inventory value.

• Proficiency in eBay Seller Hub, basic photography, and photo‑editing software.
• Prior e‑commerce, retail, or online marketplace experience (eBay, Amazon, Shopify).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in listings and inventory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer service.
• Ability to analyze sales data to improve performance.
• 1–3 years’ experience in online sales.
• Based in El Monte, 100% onsite Mon–Fri 7 AM–3:30 PM.
