- Facilitate Sales & Operations Planning inputs, analysis, and meetings related to demand and supply planning
- Lead collaborative discussions to mitigate constraints with cross-functional teams
- Create and deliver presentations to various levels of executive leadership
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Evaluate planning processes to identify constraints, risks, and opportunities
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Minimum 8 years in engineering, operations, supply chain, analytics, or similar roles
- Leadership experience in a cross-functional environment
- Experience in filtering and distilling relevant information from complex datasets
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens can access information under this program/contract
- Experience using MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with advanced planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis Rapid Response)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Knowledge of internal processes for developing financial plans (e.g., AOP, LRP, EAC, proposals)
