What You’ll DoAs a Solutions Coordinator, Apparel, you will manage the full life cycle of custom‑branded apparel orders, ensuring smooth execution from client request to final delivery. He will serve as a central point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every order meets expectations and quality, timing, and customization.
Your ImpactYour work will directly influence client satisfaction and brand representation by ensuring every apparel order is executed with precision and care. You will help streamline operations, resolve challenges creatively, and maintain high standards of quality and communication. By collaborating across departments, you will contribute to a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams. Your role will be key in driving efficiency, reliability, and innovation in our apparel solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming client orders and inquiries through the apparel inbox.
- Create and update job orders based on client specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare product and pricing decks for custom apparel request.
- Monitor order progress, conduct audits, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support cross functional collaboration to meet quality control and delivery standards.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, product management, or related field.
Work Experience:
- 2 plus years in customer service, order processing, are related role.
- Experience and apparel, merchandising, or promotional products as a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and order management systems.
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Collaborative mindset with problem solving abilities.
- Adaptability in fast-paced, deadline driven environments.
